A decree published in the OJ fix the salary of the processing of personal data under the Hadopi law. A new stage in the preparation of the "hunt for pirates."

The government has just approved the processing of personal data under the Hadopi.
A decree dated March 5, published in the Official Gazette of March 7, said the system used around the "system of management measures for the protection of works on the Internet".
This document explains how the Internet subscriber data will be used as part of the fight against illegal downloading on the Internet.
More than a dozen items related to surfing the Internet and personal data will be stored and operated by the High Authority for the dissemination of works and rights protection on the Internet (see table below).
The data will then be deleted within 2 months to 20 months depending on the procedure or short-depth (which can lead to temporary unavailability of Internet access).
The treatment is based on an interconnection of information collected on one side by professional advocacy organizations, the collecting and distribution of rights, the National Film and Moving Image as part of the "hunting hackers "and those held by telecom operators (ISPs) in the other as part of its business relationship with customer.
National in scope except French Polynesia
Two important elements are specified by decree.

Hadopi: how data interconnection between rights holders and ISPs

Data collected by the beneficiaries

- Date and time of the facts;
- IP address of the subscribers concerned;
- Peer to peer protocol used;
- Name used by the subscriber;
- Information relating to protected works or objects concerned by the facts;
- File name as present on the subscriber station (if applicable);
- Internet Service Provider to which access has been subscribed.

Data from the ISP

- Last name, first name;
- Mailing address and email addresses;
- Telephone numbers;
- Address of the subscriber's telephone system.
